Will I see what the engraving will look like on my personalised product?
Yes. Once you place your order the manufacturer will email you an artwork proof to sign off before they can schedule the engraving. You have an opportunity to make changes to the artwork as required until you are happy. Only once you have signed off the artwork the manufacturer will schedule the engraving.
What if the inscription I want wont fit in the space provided?
Then you will have to email us for a quote.
Can I have additional engraving on made to order personalised products?
Yes you can. Contact us with the inscription you require and you will be provided with a quote.
What does additional engraving cost?
1-10 extra characters including spaces = $30
11- 20 extra characters including spaces = $60
21+ extra characters including spaces = $80
Very long, highly detailed or customer supplied artwork = contact us for a quote.
What is the production time of personalised made to order products?
Allow up to 21 working days from the date you place your order (or artwork sign off where applicable) for your order to leave the manufacturers' workshop. Please NOTE: bronze and photo products have longer production times. Please see the product description for details.

How fast is Express Production?
Allow up to 10 working days from the date you place your order (or artwork sign off where applicable) for your order to leave the manufacturers workshop. PLEASE NOTE: This is express production NOT express shipping. If you need the order by a certain date, a special event/anniversary or sent faster than standard post then you should opt in for Express Production (where applicable) and add Express Shipping.
What is Express Shipping?
Express Shipping is available on some products but not all products. Opting in for Express Shipping (where applicable) will see your order ship by Australia Post express parcel post. Please Note: Australia Post no longer guarantees next day delivery. See the Australia Post Web site for delivery estimates.
What does shipping cost?
All products on Memorial Products Direct include shipping Australia wide by tracked standard post or standard courier. Parcels are automatically ships as “no signature required”.
