Shipping policy

Free shipping is included on all products in our store.

Tracking: You will be emailed tracking information when your order dispatches.

Authority to Leave: Parcels are sent with an "Authority to Leave" as the default. This means that your parcel does not require a signature when it is delivered. Please let us know at the time of ordering if you require a signature upon delivery of your parcel.

Express Shipping: Express Shipping is not available on all products. Where applicable express shipped orders will see your order ship by express courier service. You can always contact us for a shipping quote if no shipping is offered on the website.

Express Production: Please note: Some made to order products have Express Production which has a faster manufacturing time. If you want your “made to order personalised product” as quickly as possible, you should opt in for Express Production (where available) as well as Express Shipping (where available) to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Due to manufacturing lead times, weight and size restrictions, express shipping may not be available on some products.
