Shipping policy

Standard Shipping
All products include complimentary shipping to your nominated address within Australia. Orders are shipped via Australia Post eParcel or a selected courier service, depending on location and product type.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email. Please note that parcels do not require a signature upon delivery and may be left in a safe place at the delivery address.

Express Shipping
Where available, customers may choose Express Shipping at checkout. This option uses Australia Post Express Parcel Post. While typically faster than standard shipping, Australia Post no longer guarantees next-business-day delivery. For current delivery timeframes, please refer to the Australia Post website.

Express Production (for Made-to-Order Items)
Certain personalised or made-to-order products offer an Express Production option. This reduces the production timeframe prior to dispatch. To receive your made-to-order item as quickly as possible, we recommend selecting both Express Production (if offered) and Express Shipping at checkout.
