How do I put the ashes into the frame?
The clever design of the frame means that you can easily access the urn via the back of the frame. A cliplock bag is included and the ashes are interred into a separate box so that you never need to handle the ashes again, even when changing the photo.
Do I have to take the paw impression?
Although it is very easy to take the impression, you may not feel up to it. You can always ask a friend or reach out to your local pet cremation provider and they should be able to help you.
How heavy is the frame once the ashes are in there?
It does depend upon the size of your pet and the amount of ashes you receive. The frame itself weighs about 2.5kg and the clever mounting design means that it is sturdy enough to hold the weight of even the largest pet.
